Structure  Advantages

1)Extra-large through-hole design and heavy-duty capacity

Equipped with an extra-large Φ280mm spindle through-hole, meeting the requirements for large-diameter pipes such as oil casing and drill pipes. The bed is made of high-quality, high-strength cast iron, combined with a 650mm wide guideway design, ensuring the machine maintains excellent rigidity and stability under a 4-ton heavy-duty machining condition.

2) Professional thread machining and high adaptability

Optimized for pipe thread machining, supporting precision thread turning with diameters ranging from Φ130-275mm. Employing a double three-jaw chuck configuration, it achieves stable clamping at both ends of the workpiece, effectively avoiding vibration problems during the machining of long pipes, and is particularly suitable for the repair and manufacturing of drill pipes and joints in the oil and chemical industries.

3)Precision guideways and long-term accuracy maintenance

The guideway surface is treated with ultra-high frequency quenching, resulting in high hardness and strong wear resistance. The slide uses a special surface-fitting process, with a low coefficient of friction and smooth movement, ensuring that the machine maintains high precision even under long-term frequent use, extending the machine's service life.

4)Flexible Configuration and Intelligent Operation

Optional mainstream CNC systems such as FANUC and Siemens are available, supporting diverse configurations including pneumatic chucks, powered turrets, and hydraulic tailstocks to meet the needs of multi-process composite machining such as threading, slotting, and face machining. The user-friendly programming interface significantly lowers the operating threshold and improves production efficiency.
