Equipped with an extra-large Φ280mm spindle through-hole, meeting the requirements for large-diameter pipes such as oil casing and drill pipes. The bed is made of high-quality, high-strength cast iron, combined with a 650mm wide guideway design, ensuring the machine maintains excellent rigidity and stability under a 4-ton heavy-duty machining condition.

Optimized for pipe thread machining, supporting precision thread turning with diameters ranging from Φ130-275mm. Employing a double three-jaw chuck configuration, it achieves stable clamping at both ends of the workpiece, effectively avoiding vibration problems during the machining of long pipes, and is particularly suitable for the repair and manufacturing of drill pipes and joints in the oil and chemical industries.
